Job Summary
A company is looking for an Exercise Support Cell (ESC) Chief to manage service delivery and training operations for the Army National Guard Combat Readiness Exercise Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage service delivery and rotational training operations across the Combat Readiness Exercise Program
- Oversee planning, directing, and supervising contractor support for rotational training operations
- Produce exercise-specific directives and facilitate coordination among support teams and training areas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical/business field
- At least 10 years of related work experience
- Previous Army Combat Training Center experience and knowledge of live fire operations
- Current and active Secret Clearance or above
- In-depth understanding of Army training methodology and the structure of Brigade Combat Teams
