Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exercise Support Cell (ESC) Chief to manage service delivery and training operations for the Army National Guard Combat Readiness Exercise Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage service delivery and rotational training operations across the Combat Readiness Exercise Program
  • Oversee planning, directing, and supervising contractor support for rotational training operations
  • Produce exercise-specific directives and facilitate coordination among support teams and training areas
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical/business field
  • At least 10 years of related work experience
  • Previous Army Combat Training Center experience and knowledge of live fire operations
  • Current and active Secret Clearance or above
  • In-depth understanding of Army training methodology and the structure of Brigade Combat Teams
