Job Summary
A company is looking for a DWS Experience and Transformation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and pitches, developing solutions and proposals
- Deliver consulting engagements for Digital Workplace technologies and platforms
- Conduct workshops and assessments to create strategic roadmaps and deployment plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a lead or senior consultant in Employee Experience and Digital Workplace technologies
- Strong leadership presence with expertise in Microsoft technologies
- Ability to manage multi-country/cultural teams and challenging situations
- Experience with Design Thinking, Agile, and DevOps methods
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
