Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty Training Specialist responsible for developing and delivering training protocols for faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new faculty training and orientation
• Coordinate faculty training related to the LMS and new educational technology
• Schedule and manage Faculty Development Week events
• Provide support and strategies for faculty observation and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in education from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of higher education teaching experience
• 1+ years of faculty management or programmatic leadership experience
• Experience delivering faculty development sessions via web-based platforms
