Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist in Client Accounting Services for a Family Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and administrative services, including accounts payable processing and issue resolution
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor accounts for timely payments
  • Assist with year-end reporting and special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA eligible preferred
  • 0 to 3 years of accounting, accounts payable, or bookkeeping experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Understanding of professional services and client service
