Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Solutions Manager - Federal VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract capture process from pre-RFP strategy development through award
• Perform full life-cycle capture including strategic positioning, competitive analyses, and proposal writing
• Build comprehensive account plans and opportunity-level insights to support business development growth

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of business development experience, preferably in the GovCon IT industry
• Experience with federal proposals, procurement, and understanding of US Federal Government contracting
• Familiarity with NAICS and FAR terminology and application
• Knowledge of Federal business development cycles and timelines
• Experience working with the VA
