Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate the scientific basis of training-related recommendations
• Collaborate with algorithm and content teams to ensure research-grounded outputs

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in female physiology with a focus on exercise science or related fields
• Strong understanding of sex-based differences in training and recovery
• Ability to distill research findings into practical insights for products
• Advanced degree (Ph.D., MD, or equivalent) in relevant fields preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of applied experience in female health or training roles
