Field Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects in the Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Specialist Solutions Architects to drive enterprise software and data solutions
- Partner with Sales and technical teams to establish lakehouse architecture and identify impactful use cases
- Maintain a hiring pipeline and foster a positive team environment to ensure success and morale
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product
- Experience leading technical pre-sales teams and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to hire, onboard, and promote team members successfully
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams
- Ability to drive executive alignment in accounts for strategic data infrastructure decisions
