Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Operations Technician Recruiter Dispatch Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential contractors for the installation program
- Coordinate interview and onboarding processes for contractors
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with technician offices and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in recruiting or satellite installations
- Experience or knowledge of recruiting installers and tech offices across the US
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Sara, Web Tracker, Zendesk, Five 9, Trello, and Salesforce is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
