Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Administrator and Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external commercial meetings, including logistics and documentation
- Manage team travel arrangements and troubleshoot any related issues
- Assist with conference logistics, administrative tasks, and streamline workflows for sales and market access
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred with over 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in sales coordination or event planning is a plus
- Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
