Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Administrator and Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal and external commercial meetings, including logistics and documentation
  • Manage team travel arrangements and troubleshoot any related issues
  • Assist with conference logistics, administrative tasks, and streamline workflows for sales and market access
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS preferred with over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in sales coordination or event planning is a plus
  • Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
