Field Service Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a R&R Case Manager to coordinate field service work through branch and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned service partners or branches
- Lead program-based projects requiring cross-functional engagement
- Resolve field service escalations and manage partner relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or significant related experience
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in partner or project management
- Experience in residential solar preferred
- Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
