Field Service Operations Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Service Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide profitability analysis, examine contract documents, and answer contractual related questions
- Maintain contractual information, oversee administration of contracts, and assist with drafting legal documents
- Improve efficiencies for contract renewals, field service engineers incentive program, and spare part inventory
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3+ years of business operations experience
- Medical device experience required
- Experience in MS-Office Excel and working with multi-functional teams
- Logistics experience and knowledge of standard methodologies in the medical industry
