Field Support Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients onsite in Georgia and Florida to support members in navigating their Sidecar Health plans
- Act as in-person support for client groups and members after enrollment
- Assist Account Management team in establishing positive relationships with key individuals and HR departments at client groups
Required Qualifications:
- Access to reliable personal transportation and willingness to drive across the state as necessary
- Desire to grow and develop within the company
- Strong empathy and relationship skills
- Open schedule availability
- Bilingual (preferred) and healthcare/insurance experience (preferred)
