Finance Manager (Ireland Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee and manage financial operations in its European entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and Irish GAAP
• Maintain financial control and manage company cash flow
• Provide support across all finance functions, including accounts payable and receivable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant or leadership role
• Global finance experience in a company acquired by a US-based organization
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Irish GAAP in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as ERP platforms and Excel
