Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor Finance Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of service personnel to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and develop staff while implementing operational strategies and monitoring performance indicators
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to disseminate information and achieve goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and financial accounting systems
- Ability to lead team members through change and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Financial Accounting
