Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing and compliance
• Monitor daily cash flow and assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Lead and develop the AP/AR team while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; relevant certification or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and cash management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn specific software systems
• Experience in a nonprofit environment and/or public accounting is a plus
