Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to drive financial visibility and strategic decision-making for sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning for various business models, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop partnerships with business leaders to provide strategic financial advice and guidance
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze variances against key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, Snowflake) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Interest in sustainability and the company's mission
