Financial Services Representative (Series 6, 63)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative to provide care and support to members and partners regarding retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to incoming calls from investment professionals and members, addressing various inquiries related to products and services
• Interprets changes to products and educates customers on tax implications and benefits associated with plans
• Maintains documentation of interactions to enhance member relationships and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in finance or related field preferred
• Must pass Series 6, Series 63, and SIE exams within the first 120 days of employment
• One year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles
• Knowledge of insurance products and relevant state and local laws
• Licenses such as ChFC or CLU are desirable; additional licenses may be required based on product assignments
