Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Systems Business Analyst to enhance healthcare solutions through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
- Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans
- Experience with the Medicaid Purchase Plan Program (MAPP)
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
