Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to oversee and enhance their subscription billing platform and support financial systems integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee changes to the subscription billing system, including documentation and testing
- Engage in technical discussions to define project requirements related to billing processes
- Manage daily helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot incidents related to financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of direct experience with Zuora billing or Zuora Revenue as an administrator
- Experience with customer relationship management platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of SOX control management
- Experience with helpdesk support and ticketing systems
