Financial Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to oversee and enhance their subscription billing platform and support financial systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee changes to the subscription billing system, including documentation and testing
• Engage in technical discussions to define project requirements related to billing processes
• Manage daily helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot incidents related to financial systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of direct experience with Zuora billing or Zuora Revenue as an administrator
• Experience with customer relationship management platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of SOX control management
• Experience with helpdesk support and ticketing systems
