Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Fire Life Safety (FLS) Audits and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance and governance for pre- and post-opening inspections across various hotel properties
- Lead FLS inspection programs and track compliance with local fire and life safety codes
- Analyze audit findings and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders and the Exceptions Committee
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
- Experience with NFPA, IBC, IFC, or other relevant safety codes and regulations
- A minimum of five years in a fire safety-related role
- Background in hospitality, construction, or facilities management is preferred
- Project management skills and Spanish language skills are a plus
