Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Processor for Florida Loans.

Key Responsibilities

Review new loan submissions and verify completeness with required documents
Compile and process all documents to meet projected closing dates
Submit complete loan files to Underwriting and ensure timely communication with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of FHA/VA Loan Processing experience and 5 years total Loan Processing experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience processing Florida loans
Proficiency in Encompass and nCino
High school diploma or equivalent
