Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Association Manager / Florida Licensed (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and leadership to ensure daily operations of community associations meet service level agreements
- Serve as a consultant to the Board of Directors, facilitating solutions and promoting community harmony
- Oversee vendor management, budget development, and ensure compliance with community documents and policies
Required Qualifications
- MUST have a Florida CAM license
- Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required
- CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively
- Experience in providing exemplary customer service under pressure
