Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Association Manager / Florida Licensed (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management and leadership to ensure daily operations of community associations meet service level agreements
  • Serve as a consultant to the Board of Directors, facilitating solutions and promoting community harmony
  • Oversee vendor management, budget development, and ensure compliance with community documents and policies
Required Qualifications
  • MUST have a Florida CAM license
  • Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required
  • CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively
  • Experience in providing exemplary customer service under pressure
