Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to provide high-level legal support in estate planning and probate matters remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in probate and estate planning matters
• Draft estate planning documents and prepare asset lists and accountings in probate cases
• Manage case files, assist with trial preparation, and coordinate with clients and court personnel

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in estate planning and/or probate law
• Experience with estate planning software and probate practice management tools
• Bachelor's degree
• Tech-savvy with access to a Windows laptop and smartphone with broadband internet
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
