Florida Licensed Pediatric Care Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pediatric Care Manager, RN (ECC).
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate member needs and barriers to care, recommending plans for optimal outcomes
- Develop and collaborate on ongoing care plans with providers to address unmet needs
- Provide education and resource support to members and their families regarding healthcare options
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in pediatric care
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
