Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Forestry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop course descriptions and learning outcomes for core courses in the Bachelor of Science in Forestry program
Collaborate with the Dean of Baccalaureate Programs to ensure course alignment with program goals
Support the educational mission by integrating real-world applications into the curriculum

Required Qualifications

Terminal degree (e.g. Ph.D.) in a related discipline or a master's degree with significant professional experience
Knowledge of silviculture, forest measurements, and timber management
Familiarity with forest valuation, economics, and climate adaptive management
Experience with online teaching and distance education is desirable
Personal commitment to environmental education and sustainable practices
