Fractional Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, implementing best practices in financial management
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including financial statements, budgets, and cash flow analysis
• Support investor relations and banking relationships, ensuring compliance and delivering necessary reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certification strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience with eCommerce businesses that hold inventory and distribute products is required
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
