Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and analyze fraud and dispute transactions
Create fraud and dispute case files to meet department standards
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with disputed transactions

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in a remote working environment desired
Previous experience in fraud operations or contact center preferred
