Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze fraud and dispute transactions
- Create fraud and dispute case files to meet department standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with disputed transactions
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in a remote working environment desired
- Previous experience in fraud operations or contact center preferred
