Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and analyze fraud and dispute transactions
  • Create fraud and dispute case files to meet department standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with disputed transactions
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a remote working environment desired
  • Previous experience in fraud operations or contact center preferred
