Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a taxonomy framework tailored to the organization's needs
- Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate applicants' knowledge and skills
- Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Advanced level of English (C1) or above
- Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
- Ability to learn new methods and adapt to complex guidelines
