Job Summary
A company is looking for Legal and Political Translators - English to Navajo - Freelance/Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate translation and editing of legal and political documents from English to Navajo
- Ensure timely delivery of translation projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Utilize CAT tools and Microsoft Word for effective editing and revisions
Required Qualifications
- Native speaker of Navajo with near-native English language skills
- At least 3 years of professional translation or editing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including track changes and editing features
- Experience with Trados or other CAT tools is a plus
- Knowledge of election terminology and legal translations is a plus
