General Ledger Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Ledger Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Oversee accounting for various areas, including payroll, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance accounting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in public accounting
• CPA or CA certification and knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with accounting system transformations and ERP systems
• 1 year of experience in building and managing a team
