Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Category Leader - Dairy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a 3-5 year strategic category strategy for growth and value delivery
- Lead global sourcing activities and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive competitive advantage
- Oversee a matrixed team of category managers to ensure effective implementation of category and sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in senior supply chain roles, preferably in the food industry
- 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic category management or procurement
- Proven ability to influence teams on a multi-country scale
- Strong strategic leadership capabilities with experience in enterprise-wide change
- Ability to gain buy-in and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
