Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global IT Compliance Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual SOX Compliance audit and perform quarterly compliance assurance testing
- Execute risk assessment testing and document risk assessment results
- Manage compliance program reporting activities and maintain Management Action Plan (MAP) catalog
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Information Security, SOX Compliance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, or GRC
- 5 years of experience leading internal and external audits for a public US company
- Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer)
- Knowledge of security concepts and methodologies, including risk assessments and security frameworks like CIS and NIST
- Certifications such as ISACA CISA and/or CISM are required
