Global Rebate Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Rebate Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution for Rebate Settlement/Payout for a global customer base
- Drive improvements and alignment across rebate programs and engage with various stakeholders to resolve customer concerns
- Provide guidance and support to off-shore Rebate Analysts and troubleshoot rebate disputes
Required Qualifications
- Project management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion
- Knowledge of Distribution Channel Management and Accounts Receivable
- Experience in managing global stakeholders and business partnering across supply chain and sales organizations
- Systems aptitude, with knowledge of Model N, Oracle & SAP preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
