Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers on available services to support their needs
  • Provide solutions through various communication channels including voice, email, or chat
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer experience
  • Must be a US citizen due to government assignment requirements
  • Access to high-speed internet (greater than 15 mbps)
