- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
Required Qualifications
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer experience
- Must be a US citizen due to government assignment requirements
- Access to high-speed internet (greater than 15 mbps)
