- Manage Grants Help Desk communications and oversee the CRM platform
- Administer grant application processes, including drafting proposals and ensuring compliance
- Support data analysis to track impact and assist the Grants & Program CRM Team to meet annual goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on multi-step, detail-oriented projects
- Interest or work experience in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues
- Track record of professionalism in working with diverse stakeholders
