Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Associate to support the development and implementation of corporate and multi-country accelerator programs.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of global and corporate accelerator programs
Track new partnership and funding opportunities with corporates and governments
Assist in preparing donor and partner reports for multi-country and global programs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in energy/climate innovation or related fields
Passion for energy and climate innovation
Ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones and cultures
Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and CRMs is a plus
