Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Product Lead (Web2App).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of growth product managers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate concepts with live users
- Monitor budgets and results to ensure objectives are met efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT companies or mobile app-focused roles, with at least 2+ years in a similar position
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively
- Experience working with web funnels to optimize user acquisition and conversion
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Firebase
- Deep understanding of App Store algorithms, ASO, and User Acquisition strategies
