GxP Quality Process Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GxP Quality Operating Model Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of a GxP Quality Operating Model governance forum
• Manage the approval and integration of the GxP process architecture across collaborators
• Drive training initiatives to support the awareness and adoption of the GxP QOM across the enterprise

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 5 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or an Associate's degree and 12 years, or a high school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in the PhRMA/Biotech sector
• Understanding and application of operations across R&D and Manufacturing
• Experience supporting collaborators across various GxP Quality domains
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale or complex initiatives
• Strong strategic savvy and exceptional persuasive communication skills
