Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HCM implementation and/or administration experience
- Strong sense of ownership for work assignments and team goals
- Ability to build relationships and influence clients
- Proven track record of improving client satisfaction
- Experience in a high-stress work environment with tight deadlines
