Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with peer mentoring and coaching, and department projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors while ensuring timely and accurate task delivery
  • Participate in the development and implementation of standard processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field or role
  • Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and HR tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of the UKG Pro payroll system
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
