Job Summary
A company is looking for an HCM Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with peer mentoring and coaching, and department projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors while ensuring timely and accurate task delivery
- Participate in the development and implementation of standard processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field or role
- Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and HR tools
- Intermediate knowledge of the UKG Pro payroll system
- Intermediate skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
