A company is looking for a Head of Content to lead global content initiatives and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy across marketing, product, SEO, and brand campaigns
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of content creators while optimizing workflows for content creation and localization
• Oversee performance tracking of content across platforms to refine strategy and drive growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content or editorial leadership roles
• Experience managing global content and localization efforts is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, and storytelling best practices
• Passion for music, creativity, and innovation; background in music or working with creators is a big plus
• Fluency in English is required; Portuguese or Spanish is a bonus
