Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer and Program Experience to oversee customer satisfaction and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer relationship value chain, including onboarding, issue resolution, and account growth
- Drive customer utilization and upsell opportunities for existing accounts
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and implement strategies to enhance the experience
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in program management or customer success within the eMobility industry
- 5 - 10+ years serving as the lead contact for strategic clients
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot or Zendesk
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience in corporate sustainability initiatives or the energy/transportation sectors is a plus
