Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and expand their engineering teams in the cloud security sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering team and define the technical strategy for cloud security remediation
- Lead the architecture and development of secure, scalable cloud-based solutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while driving a culture of continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles with a focus on cloud security
- Expertise in designing and building secure, scalable cloud-based solutions, preferably in SaaS or managed services
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security best practices
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineering talent
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
