Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships - DeFi.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact partnership strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with top DeFi projects and trading platforms to drive trading volume and adoption
- Lead negotiations and secure strategic partnerships that create tangible business value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in Web3 or DeFi
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain solutions
- Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships
- A strong network with key players in the blockchain space
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
