Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Privileged Identity Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product ownership for IAM sub-services, including Authentication and Authorization
- Lead teams in privilege access control, credential management, and PAM infrastructure
- Collaborate with Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology to develop PAM strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in financial crimes management, risk management, or compliance
- Proven leadership experience in a regulatory and risk-focused environment
- In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and fraud prevention frameworks
- Certifications such as CAMS or CFE are a plus
