Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable product operations processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify operational friction points and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish a data-driven approach by developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for product performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product operations or related roles in high-growth tech companies
• Extensive experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Deep familiarity with analytics suites and product analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making
• Experience with agile methodologies and resource planning processes to optimize team efficiency
