Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Coordinator - Health Claims to manage claims and serve as a primary contact for claimants and beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide claims through final decisions while providing exceptional customer service
- Support and mentor Associate Claim Coordinators through case consultation and training
- Communicate effectively with field partners and identify opportunities for improvement in the claims process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of prior insurance or financial services experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and financial products
