Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Coordinator - Health Claims to manage claims and serve as a primary contact for claimants and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide claims through final decisions while providing exceptional customer service
  • Support and mentor Associate Claim Coordinators through case consultation and training
  • Communicate effectively with field partners and identify opportunities for improvement in the claims process

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of prior insurance or financial services experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and financial products
