Health Coach - Real Appeal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Coach to support members through a virtual behavior change-based weight loss program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate weekly group sessions and conduct 1-on-1 sessions to support members in establishing healthy habits
• Encourage behavior change and goal-setting/action-planning through the digital platform
• Provide customer service and engage in initiatives to support the growth of the coaching business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, or behavior change discipline OR equivalent experience in health coaching
• Experience working with software programs/online platforms
• 2+ years of experience helping individuals change health behaviors
• Experience doing on-camera virtual presentations
