Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Health).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and manage relationships for strategic healthcare partners
  • Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners to drive partner success
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, educating stakeholders on health-focused offerings and creating partner-facing materials
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or a relevant field, with healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience managing a book of business with strategic Enterprise customers
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and train partners on Enterprise products
  • Experience in the grocery, e-commerce, operations, or healthcare sectors is preferred
