A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in compliance with policies
• Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
• Prepare new patient charts and respond to requests for patient records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office equipment
• Able to commute between locations as needed
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
